We use high-quality steel, ensuring all processing steps meet or exceed API and industry standards. Plain End Pipes and Coupling Stocks are sourced from approved mills with specific metallurgical chemistries.
Pipes are upsetted and heat-treated via the Quench and Temper process, with each Heat Lot tested for mechanical properties. They undergo 100% non-destructive inspection before threading, which is done on CNC machines with detailed dimensional records. Finished couplings receive anti-galling treatment and are then bucked on to the pipe at recorded torques.
subjected to Hydrostatic Testing according to API specifications and is coated with rust preventive varnish with thread protectors before shipping. Complete Quality Control documentation accompanies each shipment.
