The Plain End Pipe undergoes upset and heat treatment through a Quench and Temper process, followed by 100% non-destructive inspection. Couplings are similarly inspected, threaded on CNC machines, and documented. Anti-galling agents are applied, and installation follows precise torque settings.
All Tubing is subject to Hydrostatic Testing per API specifications. An optional internal plastic coating is available, and finished Tubing is coated with rust preventive varnish, protected with Thread Protectors, and bundled for shipment.
